2. Six-month Peer Coaching Circles

What is a Peer Coaching Circle ?

Typically composed of six managers/executives who meet for one day every 4-6 weeks over a six month period to learn together and coach each other on complex projects or issues they face on the job.

Purpose :

To resolve difficult challenges while developing coaching capability.

Outcomes :

Participants will have a safe space to tackle challenges in concrete ways and to uncover possibilities ;

Participants will learn and reflect from their experience in ways that allow them and their organisation to take effective action ;

Participants will gain first hand experience in coaching their peers in ways that open new possibilities for action, reflection and learning.

A coach/facilitator accompanies the group to enhance the learning dimension.
